Picking an artist
Your first very important task is to pick an artist that is interesting to both group members. If can be someone we studied in class, a person currently living, an artist who made history...really just someone who you have been inspired by. Please take some time to really think about this person and make sure that you are interested in learning more about their life. You can use the links at the bottom of this page to help you find your artist (and also to research them for your project) or you can perform a Google search in Google images by pressing the button below. .
*Please remember when performing a Google Image search some artist create works that are not school appropriate. That being said let's act like 7th and 8th graders by ignoring and moving on.
Submitting your choice
Once you have made your final decision please click on the link below to sign up for that artist and your presentation date in an Excel spread sheet. No two groups will be studying the same artist so have a backup plan in place in case your artist has already been chosen. Please remember to hit share in the upper right corner of the page and then click done. This will save your name and artist for all of your classmates to see.
